My Blog Anniversary

Looking back through the Blog archives reminds me I started this blog August 2005. Four years. Amazing.

Storyteller Stephen Holland is the person who inspired me to start blogging. Meet Stephen here on his blog. I hope you enjoy his writing as much as I do.

I have always carried a journal - and the boxes in my studio prove that. I still do. Its my brain. I tell it where I have to be and when, what I have to do and how I think I will manage it and I talk to myself in it - you know, try to keep myself on my path. The journal is the gathering place for ideas and images that prompt stories. The journal feeds the blog. They make a great pair.
