A classy lady, a friend to storytelling and a charming storyteller.
Sherry died this past Sunday and its hard to say good-bye to such a delightful and memorable woman. I will miss her.
When she told stories at Kensington in April her story prompted one of the regulars in the audience to respond with his story which was a wonderful complement to hers. She was delighted. "That's what stories do."
You can hear Sherry telling her story "Lessons from Our Children".

I am so sorry, Ellouise. Losing friends is so hard. As we get older we seem to be saying goodbye far too often. Thank you for sharing her with us.
