Pat Segnan - a singular artist and friend, died Saturday, July 24. All who knew her will miss her - her wit, her smile, her caring and her wisdom.
Pat was an artist. She leaves a treasure - her presence in her art works. Beautiful paintings, prints, collages and wall sculptures - which show her hands and creative imagination at work. They speak for her and her passion for making art.

Pat was a classmate of mine in graduate school and I always loved her intellect and warm heart. I have a piece of her work I bought in the 90s and I think of her whenever I look at it. Here work truly stands the test of time as it always seems fresh and new to me each time I view it.
This week, I Googled Pat to see if she had any recent exhibits and am sad to find she has passed away. I'm so sorry. The world has lost a bright light and a great artist.
